Refunds:

All Gowns purchased Through Lavender Park Bridal are Made-To-Order. Once the order is placed you have 48 Hours to cancel your order and receive a refund minus a $200 Cancellation fee. Otherwise once the 48 hours has passed we do not offer any refunds, exchanges, or returns due to the nature that bridal gowns are made to order and production can't be stopped once begun. 

Refunds will not be given due to time constraints if the gown was ordered within an incorrect amount of allotted time for production, or if your event date changes. 

Refunds will not be given due to incorrect sizing, every gown has the appropriate size chart in the description. If you have any questions on sizing please reach out to us BEFORE placing your gown order so we can further assist you and help get you the correct size. 

Alterations:

All wedding gowns will need alterations. Common alterations are straps being adjusted, hems and bustles. When In between two sizes on the size chart the recommendation is to always order the larger size as bringing a dress in, is most more cost effective then letting a dress out. 

Shipping Policy:

All wedding gowns are MADE TO ORDER. These are designer wedding gowns that take between 5-7 months to be hand made. Once we receive your made to order wedding gown we will ship it to you within 3-5 Business days. You will Receive a tracking number to be able to track your gown. All gowns will be shipped with the appropriate insurance to ensure arrival.
